Noandish Research Institute (NRI) was founded in 1998 to provide research, training, and consultation and promotion services. Together with professional capabilities and experiences of staff as well the other scientific and experimental potentials in management sphere, specifically human resource management and development, and also entrepreneurial activities besides socio-economic studies, the company has organized its activities. Believing the necessity of utilizing study findings in the real world, Noandish Research Institute has been following training, consultation and promotion as qualified, efficient supplements of research projects.

Implementing more than 24 projects in management, entrepreneurship as well as economic studies, NIE achieved valuable experience, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Interiors, Social Security Research Institute, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development are the organizations which fund some of our projects.
